This is a seasonal item. Fresh Fish must be order 1 day in advance. Florida
fresh snapper broiled with the famous "matecumbe spices" and
served with roasted organic sweet potatoes and green beans
with almonds (Filet pieces weigh an average of 7 1/2 - 10 1/2 ounces- there are
two pieces totaling an average of 17 ounces per bag).
