You understand, accept, and take full responsibility for the following: The Recipe in a Bag you have purchased from Sous Chef 2 Go contains uncooked food which requires refrigeration. You recognize that in order to prevent spoilage you must refrigerate your Recipe in a Bag within 15 minutes of leaving our store and or delivery. If you cannot have your bag refrigerated within 15 minutes we recommend that you bring a cooler with ice to ensure freshness and to limit the possibility of spoilage. Orders that are not picked up within four (4) hours of agreed upon pick-up time may incur a $2.00 storage fee. Orders not picked up within 24 hours will be disposed of, the customer will be charged the full amount of the recipe and any replacement will be at the customer’s expense.

Your own recipes

You understand, accept and take full responsibility for the following statement. Sous Chef 2 Go is not responsible for the outcome of your own recipe in any way.

Renting Cookware

You understand, accept and take full responsibility for the following statements. Rentals are for a 24- hour period, if you do not return any rented items within 48 hours we will charge your credit card the daily rate. After the 5th charge, we will bill your credit card for the remaining of the cost of the item. The surgical cookware contains a valve that releases steam when cooking, this steam is hot and can burn hands. Dutch ovens become very hot everywhere including the knob and handles, when cooking and handling these pans always use oven gloves. In addition, they are very heavy and need to be handle with care as they can drop and cause harm to you and your kitchen counter and floors. If you break or burn one of our cookware please bring them back and we will only charge your credit card a third of the cost of the pan.

Delivery

You understand, accept and take full responsibility for the following statements. We will deliver to your home or office and if no one is present, we will attempt a second delivery of your “Recipe in a bag”. If we have to attempt a third delivery, you will be charged an additional delivery charge. For your convenience, you may request to have your order left at your door in our ice-packed bag. Sous Chef 2 Go is not responsible for bags stolen when left unattended. You are responsible that the bag is secured and refrigerated. The ice-packed bags are the property of Sous Chef 2 Go and will have to be returned within 48- hour period, if they are not returned we will charge your credit card the cost of the bag.

Food and Wine Return Policy

You understand, accept and take full responsibility for the following statements. Customer satisfaction is the number one priority at Sous Chef 2 Go, Inc. If you encounter an instance where we did not meet your expectations, please contact us at contact@souschef2go.com . For our own recipe bags, if you are not completely satisfied with your “Recipe in a Bag”, we will gladly apply 50% discount towards the purchase of another bag of equal value. These refunds are limited to one time per customer. Dissatisfaction with other recipes, such as the ones provided by you, are not entitled to any refund. All wine purchases are at the buyer’s risk. Any request for a return or refund will be addressed on a per order basis and depending on our review, may not be replaced or refunded. You are fully responsible for overheated or frozen wines. If the incorrect bottle was delivered, it is the responsibility of Sous Chef 2 Go, Inc. to arrange for pick-up and to apply the appropriate credit.

Payment

Sous Chef 2 Go accepts payment in the forms of Credit Card, Cash, and Gift Certificate. Sous Chef 2 Go does not accept the use of checks via our website. Checks may only be used upon prior authorization by a manager at Sous Chef 2 Go. Sous Chef 2 Go reserves the right to reject any form of payment at our discretion and will not be held liable for any damages that may result from such actions.

Order

Sous Chef 2 Go accepts transactions from the internet to provide a convenience to out customers. However, Sous Chef 2 Go is not responsible for any damages due to a failure of our site to operate properly. We make no assurance that our site will be in use at all times. Sous Chef 2 Go at its own discretion may choose to close site or reject any order that comes through the site if they deem it necessary.

Refund

Sous Chef 2 Go does not issue refunds. In the instance that a recipe is improperly prepared a replacement may be provided to you at a manager’s discretion. The only instance that a refund may be provided to you is in the case that you were charged for a menu item that was not received or ordered.

The following will give details on how your personal information will be used as you enjoy the use of our Website. Sous Chef 2 Go does not store any credit or debit card information on our websites database to help insure the safety of this information. Such information that is provided to us via our website is securely processed through Authorize.Net, a secured internet payment processor. Personal information provided to us such as your Name, Address, Telephone Number, or Surveys that you may fill out are solely for use by Sous Chef 2 Go, and those involved in upkeep and maintenance of our website. Your personal information will not be made available to other businesses that are not directly necessary to Sous Chef 2 Go’s ability to provide our services and advertise special promotions to you our customer.
